Wedding invitations Got my wedding invitations through print buzz, I was skeptical at first as I didn’t get any emails when they would be delivered/payment received. They arrived within 3 days of the order and they are perfect :)

Terrible Customer and Delivery Service Order placed with Print Buzz for my cousin’s baby shower. Standard delivery selected as this was 3-5 working days and the shower was in 10 days. 7 days later and my order had not arrived. I called Print Buzz to query and to say they were unhelpful is an understatement! They advised that as I did not select courier delivery they would not re send or allow me to re order and I would have to wait 10 working days for them to make a claim with the Royal Mail and then refund me. It has now been over 10 working days and I have heard nothing and received no refund. Safe to say I will not be using this company again and recommend that if you are pay for delivery by courier.
