The artwork is AI-generated and they only seem to use "real artists" to do small touch-ups in Photoshop - yet they advertise as only using real artists. If you want a portrait done using genuine work done by an artist, please consider finding an actual artist to work with. There are a lot of them that do amazing work for reasonable prices.
