The box and the chain came as expected… The box and the chain came as expected except that i found the volume to be low that it's hard for a person to hear the words spoken at the first time.

Great Customer Service … The 1st box great the 2nd box didn’t work but the customer service was excellent and they are sending out a replacement I will order from this company again.!!
