I ordered early, knowing the Christmas rush can be difficult on smaller business, especially custom items like these. My family absolutely LOVED the sweats! Exactly what I thought it would be.

Great Item, Lousy Shipping This is the third time that I have ordered from Gecko. The first two items (shirts) are great quality and were delivered very quickly with no problems. The current item (metal sign) was a different story. The item is still the same great quality that the previous items displayed, but the shipping was a disaster. When I received the shipping notice, the item sat for 7 days and never moved and I received no tracking information. When I finally contacted Gecko, I got the tracking info a couple of days later. They seem to have used a different carrier for this item, and they did a lousy job. The item quality is great, but they need to dump this shipping company. Otherwise it would have easily been 5 stars.

Every step easy Every step, from ordering, to waiting, to receiving, and gift-giving was a dream. I don't often find a vendor that successful at ALL these phases. GeckoCustom was! I highly recommend them. It was easy to design the custom shirt and pick colors, upload photos, etc. The price is unbelievable...when folks ask how much it cost me, they are shocked at how affordable it was. I suspect we'll buy many more with personal logos, etc. It was much quicker receiving it than I expected - I think under 2 weeks. Hubby was delighted with the item. I was expecting the fabric to be crummy and the screen-printing to be bad, but I was delighted with the quality, the sizing, and the quality of the printing. Hubs loved his shirt with pics of his kitty. :) Great experience!

Its a complete fraud Its a complete fraud. I payed twice for a custom t-shirt with a TrackingNumber that never reach my appartment, in both case. Never refound.

Great Purchasing Experience The customization of the shirt was very easy, and it allowed me to place the images exactly how I wanted them. The product itself was higher quality than I expected. Shipping took a bit longer than I hoped, but not bad for a customized product from China. All around thumbs up and very happy. I have re-ordered!
