Flowers were beautiful Flowers were beautiful but I was disappointed that the balloons I ordered didn't get delivered with the flowers but o other than that I was satisfied

Not delivered on time Not delivered on time (6days late), didn’t deliver what I ordered. So I ordered 3 regular balloons, 1 Mylar balloon, and a teddy bear with two roses in a small vase. What was delivered 6 days after the requested date was plain white roses in a vase. Ya, looked more like they should go to a funeral instead of a birthday.

Minus Zero stars place my order in the morning for same day delivery and by 7:30 pm they sent me an email saying they were low on supply and my order will be deliver 2 days later. This company is a joke.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. I would give ZERO stars if I could. This company offers same day delivery. I ordered and paid for before 1:00 pm service. Not only did that not happen, they sent a text to the recipient spoiling the surprise! When I called, they said it would be handled. It wasn't and now it is delayed another day. Doesn't matter that the person retiring's last day was today. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!
