Flowers were well presented and looked… Flowers were well presented and looked exactly as advise. My only issue is that I paid extra for specified delivery which didn’t make a difference as the order was extremely late and no refund was offered. Apart from the delivery, I’m pleased with the service and will be using them again.

I got a text at noon to verify the address?? Which I could plainly see on the order. Talked to a rep and they said “all was good, it was out for delivery/in transit. Called at 2:40 and they called me back. Sorry, we have no supply left in your area….. we can deliver it in 2 days though. A refund will take 6 days to process. This is a middle man scam that takes and holds some money from orders. Don’t do it!
