Excellent product. I used to order from Omaha Steaks but wasn't impressed with the consistency of their quality. I decided to try Pfaelzer Brothers. Far superior!

Credit card charge double I bought $200 worth of food with 2 $100 gift certificates I received. The site would not let me complete the order unless I put in a credit card. I did but they could not verify it since it was a "0" amount. I revised my order to $201.00 to have a $1.00 due. A couple of days later I checked my credit card and they charged the full $201 to my card. I am still waiting for them to credit my card $200.00
