I ordered 2 custom mugs and had a little trouble getting 1 mug, as soon as I reached out, their team member was persistent on helping me and made sure to send me a new replacement mug ASAP 💜 the 1 I have received is made very well and looks exactly as pictured! GBNot crisp or clean image The screen print on the cup is done in layers that weren't exactly matched so it looks fuzzy and dull. Definitely wouldn't order from them again.
