GBShopping experience was mostly great Shopping experience was great, item arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition. Only thing I felt could be improved was the communication. I never received any updates about my purchase and it say in my parcel locker for days before I realized it was there. I had to email support to even get my purchase confirmation and never received an update after that.

GBThe quality of the coffee mug I… The quality of the coffee mug I received was better than expected however… The customizations were not accurate on the mug. I had ordered it with both a photo with my name and some wording. the wording was not present on the mug. I immediately messaged them to let them know they had made a mistake and they offered to send me out the correct mug however this was three weeks ago and I still have not received anything. I’ve checked in with them a few times and every time I do they told me they’re still working on it. There’s a serious lack of urgency even though they are the ones that made the mistake in the first place. I recently requested for them to just refund me offering to return the incorrect mug back to which I was told to just be patient. I’m sorry but I can’t have patience with a company that failed to provide the right item and then didn’t make a rush to provide me with the correct item. So buyer beware
