GBLack of communication, charged for the exact price... Well I was very excited about this sweater, I’m proposing in less than a month. I had placed a restriction on my account that stopped PayPal from using my bank (hacked) and then got an email denying the purchase. I fixed it and they tried again, my bank account shows that it went through, later that day got an email saying that it wasn’t (I didn’t notice the email until about 3-4 days afterwards) checked my bank account and what do you know, the retried payment to 6merch was sitting right on top as paid. It’s been a few days and emailed the support to clarify things and have yet to get any response up to date. It’s stressful that on a big day what I felt was the perfect gift not being able to come in on time. Her bday is the proposal date and at this rate maybe I’ll get the sweater the day we get married. It would be nice if there were a phone number to call or just more promptness on their end to clear up any issues that day. Hope you guys got better luck than I did. I’ll post an updated review with what they have to say or if the business relationship is finished.
