GBIntegrity is key Integrity is key. They delivered as advertised. I was getting a little impatient and anxious with delivery especially because l have been conned with Facebook advertisement orders but not with Luvingrace. With the Holidays delivery delays but item came very well packed and as expected. Highly recommended. Satisfied customer and first time buyer!

GBI did not get the correct ornament I did not get the correct ornament. I asked for one with Victor and Jennifer but was sent one with Bob and Suzie instead. I emailed about it and was told a replacement would be issued within two weeks. It never came, nor was I refunded. This was months ago. Very disappointed.

GBI ordered 13 door mats I ordered 13 door mats. Took a while for them to deliver and was giving 2 different tracking numbers. Thought it was a scam but what a wonderful surprise when they arrived. Beautiful..however a little thin. I'm very satisfied with my products
