GBI did not get the correct ornament I did not get the correct ornament. I asked for one with Victor and Jennifer but was sent one with Bob and Suzie instead. I emailed about it and was told a replacement would be issued within two weeks. It never came, nor was I refunded. This was months ago. Very disappointed.

CADONT USE THIS COMPANY I placed an order a week ago. Received a confirmation and money was taken off my credit card. I have sent 4 emails to ask about confirming a delivery date. No response. I think this company is not to be trusted . My credit card will refund me, and investigate.

GBI was disappointed when I saw the butterflies in person. :( I was disappointed the writing on my butterfly was backwards/upside down. The shipping took an extremely long time as well. I am honestly embarrassed to give the butterflies out as a gift. The sadder part is that I ordered 5 butterflies. :(

GBShipping concerns I received the God says product today. It's so BEAUTIFUL!! I was concerned about the shipping time because I received no tracking information from the USPS. LUVINGRACE contacted me because of my concern and the support department investigated the situation and assured me I would be receiving it soon. And I did!!
