I would have appreciated a little more update on printing status along the way, but customer service was informative once I managed to get in touch with them.

The post office lost my package The post office lost my package. I had a pair of boxer shorts made for my husband that has our dogs on them which very special cuz one of them is 15 and won't be with us too much longer. I called photo fusion. They tracked my package and realized that it had been lost. They reprinted them and had them in my mailbox before Christmas. My husband loved them and already have ideas for future purchases. Highly recommend this company
