USPlease, do not use this POS Any new business owners out there must stay away like what other reviews are saying. I ordered the POS system, and it was okay when I used it. At least, it worked for a few weeks until I kept having receipt problems. It will happen once or twice during most days, and there is no way I could reprint the previous receipt to my customer after ringing up the next customer. My old POS was even better than this. I am incredibly disappointed. I invested $2,000 on this, and it failed to work well. Sadly, Conner was no longer working who was the person that helped me with this. I will probably cancel this for the next few months, and I hope it will because there were issues concerning how customer service does not update their customer very well. This will be the most arduous journey I have ever faced so far.

USWe converted to POS Nation in October… We converted to POS Nation in October of 2023. The POS for the cashiers works really well. However, the admin side has issues. If you have account receivables this system is not easy to use. They are several issues with it that affect the customer that we have not been able to get resolved. We have started a couple of cases in September and have yet to receive any update via phone or email. Needless to say we have been very frustrated.

USTasin was very knowledgeable and… Tasin was very knowledgeable and thorough while helping us set up the new addition to our stations and organizing everything. He was very patient while we were finishing up on our part of closing the shift on the old station. We are now up and running and are very grateful!
