GBWe converted to POS Nation in October… We converted to POS Nation in October of 2023. The POS for the cashiers works really well. However, the admin side has issues. If you have account receivables this system is not easy to use. They are several issues with it that affect the customer that we have not been able to get resolved. We have started a couple of cases in September and have yet to receive any update via phone or email. Needless to say we have been very frustrated.

GBTasin was very knowledgeable and… Tasin was very knowledgeable and thorough while helping us set up the new addition to our stations and organizing everything. He was very patient while we were finishing up on our part of closing the shift on the old station. We are now up and running and are very grateful!
