GBWe hire Registrar Corp for FSVP We hire Registrar Corp for FSVP , but the FSVP compliance report they gave us was a disaster. The FDA, after we showed the FSVP put our company in Red Import alert. Now, we have containers on hold and the worst, we have to destroy all these good imported. We lose money ( Approximately 140,000.00 dollars), time and Customers. We follow all the steps that Registrar indicate us, also we buy a Monitor Compliance system but all these thing were a waste of money and time. Registrar Corp has put on risk the company and its employees. Please, don't use Registrar Corp, they legally steal your money!!!!

GBOverall it's good. Overall it's good. If can improve below is better: 1. answer emails from the same email thread, often they trend to open new emails for the same topics discussed before and hard to track for so many emails for one topic. 2. answer emails within 24-48 hours
