GBCouples coffee mug with customizable characters I ordered the coffee mug with a picture of a man holding a woman then customized it to fit me and my girlfriend. It showed up exactly how it was promised, earlier than it said and super secure. When my girlfriend opened the gift she was beyond happy, she started crying because it was thoughtful and made her feel really special. (Her words). I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I will definitely order from GoDuckee again.

GBI'd give zero if I could! Sent someone else's order, refused to refund with promise of partial refund and the correct order bring sent. It's a month on and nothing. I'm going to contact the credit card company to recoup my losses as they are full of fake promises, not to mention a ruined father's day! They had the audacity to ask for a review, but they won't post any negative ones to their site, very deceptive. Avoid!

GBStar Trek Dad tumbler I'm so surprised by all of the bad reviews. I ordered the Star Trek Dad tumbler on May 28. I emailed customer service to improve my custom design (I wanted both children to be the same size), and got a quick response with a new mock up. I approved the new mock up, and received the tumbler the day before Father's Day. I also received communication on processing and shipping updates. We do have a few issues with the lid: leaking if not on perfectly, there is a piece of plastic in the way of the cover of the mouthpiece sitting flush when opened, but my husband uses the cup daily. It keeps drinks cold, and is a reminder of his kids and love of Star Trek. I can't wait to get a tumbler for myself!

GBOrder took forever and won't refund defective products Order took forever. When it did show 3 out of 5 products were ruined. This was a Christmas gift for family and friends since our parents had passed away so suddenly. They will not honor the 3 ruined products. I'm not even asking for a full refund all. Since I'm the Executor of my late Father's Estate this whole this has to be passed to my lawyer because the money came the account. This nice gesture has turned into a nightmare and a reminder of what we lost. This company has gone back and forth with 16 emails. Best bet is finding something on Amazon. At least they honor their customers.
