Painfully slow shipping Ordered an item from this company and paid for priority processing+ shipping. will update review when the item finally arrives. Whatever company they use for the shipping partner is absolutely worthless. The company sent that the item was being shipped out and after 11 days it still has not made its way to USPS. Beware that ordering from this company seems to take a ridiculous amount of time to actual get your order.

Order took forever and won't refund defective products Order took forever. When it did show 3 out of 5 products were ruined. This was a Christmas gift for family and friends since our parents had passed away so suddenly. They will not honor the 3 ruined products. I'm not even asking for a full refund all. Since I'm the Executor of my late Father's Estate this whole this has to be passed to my lawyer because the money came the account. This nice gesture has turned into a nightmare and a reminder of what we lost. This company has gone back and forth with 16 emails. Best bet is finding something on Amazon. At least they honor their customers.

Star Trek Dad tumbler I'm so surprised by all of the bad reviews. I ordered the Star Trek Dad tumbler on May 28. I emailed customer service to improve my custom design (I wanted both children to be the same size), and got a quick response with a new mock up. I approved the new mock up, and received the tumbler the day before Father's Day. I also received communication on processing and shipping updates. We do have a few issues with the lid: leaking if not on perfectly, there is a piece of plastic in the way of the cover of the mouthpiece sitting flush when opened, but my husband uses the cup daily. It keeps drinks cold, and is a reminder of his kids and love of Star Trek. I can't wait to get a tumbler for myself!

Give yourself a lot of time! If I could give no stars - I would. I can't speak to the quality of the product as I have not received it. I ordered Christmas gifts for friends in what I thought was plenty of time (beginning of December). I suggest that if you plan to order from this company that you allow more than enough time to get your product as it comes on a slow boat from somewhere. As of today, I can't even verify it has been shipped. Very upset!
