Don't waste your money I ordered a basket to be delivered to my husband at his work for Valentine's Day. It was delivered 2 days late (apparently there was a snow storm) but they just left it outside at a business. One of the items, the hot chocolate, was not in the basket. The cookies that were in there looked amazing, but were the worst cookies I've ever eaten, dry and gross tasting. We threw them away. I feel like I completely wasted my money and would never use this company again.

Better care of customers/attention to detail needed. I'm used to getting info when my order is packed, on its way, delivered. I heard nothing and actually had to request the receipt as it did not come thru via email. I had to go back to the site and do a search for tracking the order to see where it's at, hopefully it will get there when due to, and I think it will but the attention to detail, the little touches are sadly missing and, at AUD pricing which is what mine was from here in Oz - it was an expensive gift to send and not get updates for. BUT the good news is it arrived on time and is huge and he is absolutely rapt so that makes everything worthwhile! Suitably impressed given he never got our cards at Xmas our his normal birthday card, so while the normal USA post is broken, this place repaired that situation in a bigger and better and happier way!
