Surprising experience in a good way I ordered a beautiful coffee maker that unfortunately arrived with a small crack on the lid. The crack didn’t hinder its functionality, but I thought it was worth bringing to the company’s attention. I contacted customer support, sent over some pictures, and braced myself for a potentially long and arduous return process. To my surprise, the complete opposite happened. Not only did the customer service team promptly acknowledge my issue, but they also shipped a brand-new coffee maker to me absolutely free of charge! They told me to keep the original item, as it was still usable. It’s so refreshing to see a company stand by their products and go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Thanks.
