Steer clear of this company at all… Steer clear of this company at all costs. Despite spending over $1000, I received nothing in return. Their offer of less than a 50% discount was insulting. I had to resort to filing a claim under section 75 with the financial ombudsman to reclaim my money, a process that took nearly six months. Avoid this company like the plague!

Not only did the customer service team promptly acknowledge my issue, but they also shipped a brand-new coffee maker to me absolutely free of charge!
