Steer clear of this company I would not recommend this company. I ordered a Christmas gift on Nov 30th to arrive on Dec 23rd. I also paid for an upgrade to the gift basket. The order was not shipped until Dec 22 via Fed Ex ground and not delivered on time. The recipients confirmed the items I paid to upgrade WERE NOT included. There is no way to get ahold of this company. I called and got a full VM box on almost all options in their phone tree. I finally did leave a message in the one box that allowed them and, a week later, have gotten no response. I then replied to the email confirming the order - it bounced back as an invalid address. I replied to the shipping confirmation email, also bounced back. I tried the email address listed in the order confirmation - also bounced back as an invalid address. I went to their website and sent emails to EVERY email listed on their customer service page. They all bounced back as undeliverable. In total I tried to email nine times and every single email bounced back as being sent to an invalid address. I guess I am lucky that the basket got delivered at all but it was not what I ordered and paid for. I had to file a dispute with my CC company in order to get the money back I paid for the upgrade.
