No Reply! Can't Customize Products. Emailed them 5x before ordering, asking how to customize an order, as it does not have it at all, let alone how their directions state. (One of their email addresses doesn't work.) Decided to place the order anyway because I love the product and hoping once the order was place, they would contact for personalization....nope. I emailed back immediately to the email I received the order info with, and still nothing. We'll see how this turns out, but have a feeling it will end with me calling paypal to file a dispute/refund.

Vprintes is absolutely amazing Vprintes is absolutely amazing! I emailed them to make a correction on my order (I wanted to capitalize a word, and make another lowercase. I mistyped it), and they responded and corrected it within an hour! My order arrived in less than a week and both onesies for my daughter turned out beautiful! Pictures definitely don't do them justice. I will be a repeat customer!

Cute product, a little overpriced Cute product. The quality isn't as good as in the photo but for such a custom onesie it is done well enough. It took a few weeks to receive which is fine but I never got a confirmation email that is was sent out. I ended up reaching out to the company and they responded with my tracking info. Overall the price was a little high but it is cute and my nephew will look super cute in it. I'd recommend

I really love the quality of the items… I really love the quality of the items purchased. They are going to be a gift for my youngest daughter who's pregnant with her first baby and I think she is going to love it too.

4 week and no item 4 week and no item. Contacted numerous times because tracking isn’t working. Customer service was no help. Today and I wrote this review still no product.
