After, her birthday came and went, and checking the order and tracking info, I received a message that my order could not be completed and funds would be refunded. Now what?

Customer service email address is inactive and gets bounced back. This doesn’t seem like a legit company. Please don’t buy products from them. Save yourself the headache/time/frustration.
