GBMy order was completely wrong My order was completely wrong. I was so excited and even getting emotional as I opened the package only to see my granddaughters name spelled completely wrong. I was heartbroken. It would have been perfect. My granddaughter name is Dellana. It was supposed to say "Princess Dellana". I am so disappointed. GBUnreliable shipping time Took too long to ship the order. Not received on time and I repeatedly asked to expedite the shipping or cancel the order. They couldn’t help at all. Once the order is placed, customer service is of no help. I Will not order from them again.
