My expirience has been great! My expirience has been great so far. Everyone that I have had contact with has been very professional and punctual. They have communicated everything that is going on and how far along everything is.

Be very very careful of hidden extra costs I signed up with Business Rocket to register an LLC in California. It started off at $147 on the site, showing it included an EIN(with a tick next to it, no asterisk) Once I started the checkout process it added $76 to register with the state of California, why not just say and include that in the $147 and make it $223. Then they wanted $99 document compliance fee, which I added and begrudgingly paid, we're now at $322. After a day I get a mail saying I can't use the address supplied(even though I could) but that I needed to pay another $79 for their address. To top it off they said the EIN was not included when it CLEARLY shows it is on their site, and they wanted another $79 for that, taking the total from $147(acceptable) to $480(an unacceptable SCAM). Just show the amount due at the beginning, or allow me to tick what I need and decide. Don't mail me a day later saying I need to pay you and extra $158 to get the LLC done. You're relying on people just saying "oh go ahead and just get it done" I have screenshot of their site showing all of the above. I have cancelled my account and they have refunded me. When a relationship starts with this level of deception it can only go one way. I would rather pay another company double if they are up front about the costs. It's not the money, it's how misleading they are. Stay away, you have been warned
