Shipping is rediculos Not happy with the delivery time. It sat in Jamaica, NY FOR 3 days, then was shipped back west, when I live in NY. It is ridiculous for the shipping method..

I have not received my order I have not received my order. It was a gift and I'm so disappointed. Could someone please let me know what's going on. The money was taken from my account but I haven't received a confirmation no. and I have a very disappointed Grandson. Can you please help me to resolve this or refund my money. Please.

Poor communications about delivery… Poor communications about delivery status and long time waiting for parcel...which I am still awaiting!

I love the cups that I ordered I love the cups that I ordered. They are perfect in colour and just as displayed on the computer screen. All the girls loved them ! They were good quality cups and printing perfect. I had an issue with delivery but this was not Empiregifts fault it was the mail mans. But they responded promptly to my concerns within 24hrs. Amazing service and I would highly recommend.
