Order cancelled w/o explanation My order was cancelled without explanation, very frustrating. They get 2 stars for refunding my cancelled order without prompting or asking.

Order placed they took your payment and… Order placed they took your payment and don’t get an answer after one week when asking for order status Very bad business Coming back for an update dealing with Aryellys. I never heard any such thing they stated on replying back to my review. I contacted them at first and they claimed since the order was place on Friday it usually took longer since it’s holiday season. After some days went by never heard from them for an updates. I emailed again asking for order status, they never replied back to my email. I cancelled my order and place another order with another vendors.( Candymachines.com) They’re more reliable in communication than Aryellys.com

Aryellys place… I ordered something from Aryellys place through Walmart.com and realized it was only a lamp; 12" in height; (which was not in the description until my order was complete), so I asked to cancel it within 2 minutes of purchasing. Walmart sent the message to them and said they would contact me within 48 hours, still no response after 72 hours and they have shipped it, deducting the amount from my bank account. Never contacting me AT ALL. Don not recommend them! Customer service is horrible
