NICE i honestly thought these price were too good to be true so i ordered a few samples. they took a little long to be shipped and i wasnt sent a shipping confirmation untill i emailed the company for one but I was extremely surprised when i received them.they are alot bigger than they look on the site and few of them are really good quality. i suggest ordering samples before just to get a look. they come in great packaging which i loved

bad customer service Beware of ordering from wrapwithus.com!!!! I placed an order by phone on a Tuesday to ensure that I would receive the order on time by Friday. The girl who took the order told me that I would get the order by Friday if I paid $15.99 for a 3 day delivery. She said that the order would be processed and shipped that same day. Thursday I get an email from UPS stating that they had just picked up the shipment and it would be delivered by Tuesday, 4 days later than what I was told. I then called and explained I needed these favors for a party for Saturday and that by Tuesday they were useless to me. They simply said well just return the order when you get it and we will give you your full refund. I asked them if they would overnight another order and I would return the late one. They wanted to charge me $104.00!!!! I told them that I felt they should pay for that not me, it wasn’t my fault and I had already paid for a faster delivery. The manager told me that there was nothing she could do because I didn’t get the name of the girl who took my order. BULLS**T!!!!! Any proficient company would have the employee name or ID# in an order that is placed. She tried telling me that I had just placed the order on Tuesday it was my fault…… Had I been told that I would not be able to get the order on time I wouldn’t have ordered it and paid for faster shipping…..HELLLLO!! My blood was boiling and I told her that they had poor customer service; she disagreed and refused to take any responsibility for it and then hung up on me. I called them back after I received the order so that they could send me a shipping label…. “We are not responsible for paying or refunding the shipping charges.” PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE THEY SUCK!!! NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM WRAPWITHUS AGAIN!

I love wrapwithus.com I love wrapwithus.com! I have been using them for years. I started using them for my bridal shower & then for my wedding - all the stuff you need - favors, ribbons, decorations. I've used them for baby showers, communions and parties. I have never had any shipping problems or broken, missing items in all these years of using them. I highly recommend them!

STAY AWAY AWFUL.Ordered a "red carpet runner" for a classy corporate event. They sent us a thin, horrible, crappy piece of of material. It looked NOTHING like the photo. Then, their TERRIBLE customer service- wow. They will not send return label but we will pay more in returning then the item itself! I've asked for Management to call me SEVERAL times- at least 6 times- and still have not received a call. Cheap, crappy products and just awful service all around.
