GBI kept the optional name section blank I kept the optional name section blank and the name Hunter was on the product when it arrived. I didn’t want it to have a name just the Semi tractor and flatbed. The name option said it was optional so I thought it was going to come blank. I was wrong. The product it self is fantastic and well made but having the name Hunter on the front ruined the gift.

I provided the order number and within a few days the item was delivered to my mailbox. That is very good customer service. I appreciated that it mattered as to whether I had received my order.
