Ornament fine Ornament fine Ordered on 12-8 and told 6-12 days shipping. It came on day 16. Packaging was difficult to remove and the ribbon and other hanging items were not useful

Customer satisfaction matters. Someone from the company asked me for a… Someone from the company asked me for a review and I indicated I had not received the items I had ordered. I provided the order number and within a few days the item was delivered to my mailbox. That is very good customer service. I appreciated that it mattered as to whether I had received my order.
