GBSent for merchandise and paid on… Sent for merchandise and paid on 30/09/2023. Had a confirmation Email but nothing since cant use the QR code. Has anyone else had this problem? Have I been Ripped off?

GBBeautiful custom Christmas ornament I ordered a custom Christmas ornament before reading the reviews. After reading the reviews I did not know what to expect. However, they promptly responded to my request, sending me a picture of my custom ornament, via email. I received it in about 2 weeks, it arrived in a very nice box, is beautifully crafted and was even nicer than I expected.

GBDo not trust this company We ordered a 36"x24" canvas poster from this company, when it arrived it was less than 34"x22" in size. When we contacted them asking for the correct size, they said they couldn't send the size they are advertising due to customs and offered a 20% discount. We replied saying we wanted the correct size or a refund. Since then they do not respond to emails

GBI received exactly what I ordered! I ordered the custom motorcycle ornament and I was very relieved to receive my order as I was unsure about the validity of this website. The shipment took a few weeks as expected for a custom order. I’m very happy with the product.
