GBDo not trust this company We ordered a 36"x24" canvas poster from this company, when it arrived it was less than 34"x22" in size. When we contacted them asking for the correct size, they said they couldn't send the size they are advertising due to customs and offered a 20% discount. We replied saying we wanted the correct size or a refund. Since then they do not respond to emails

GBThis is the worst company ever This is the worst company ever. I ordered 3 items. 2 Marine Corp Uniforms and 1 Jeep. Paid close to $60 & only received the 2 Marine Corp Uniforms. I've been trying to get them to send me the Jeep and they refuse to help me or send it to me. I keep getting the run around & keep being told to reach out to the websites help center who is also giving me the run around. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and I will never order anything else from them.

GBNothing heard after payment taken and order confirmation placed order, immediately received the order confirmation but no follow up email as indicated. Nothing since, sent numerous inquiry emails to Newsvips.com with no response.

GBRubbish quality, nothing like the photos I would have given them 0 stars if that were possible. Their website photos do not match the cheap plastic rubbish that arrives. When you ask for a return they try offering you 20% off for you to keep it. Absolute rubbish quality, nothing like the photos on the website.

GBProducts are junk Products are junk. Customer service attempts to wheel and deal offering 30 percent back vs full refund on a product upon desiring a return.
