I totally understand swapping out one flower in a bouquet but sending an entirely different bouquet then the one ordered is kind of wild…Whats the point of even having online descriptions of products if the delivered items are completely different.

ESDo not use them! I sent my Aunt flowers for her birthday. They were NOTHING like what I’d ordered and were half dead and broken. The company told me it was an acceptable level of service for them and refused to refund me. 150 dollars wasted and I am appalled at what they say is “customer service”. The staff have been incredibly rude.
