GBThe substitutions this company makes to… The substitutions this company makes to orders are ridiculous. I totally understand swapping out one flower in a bouquet but sending an entirely different bouquet then the one ordered is kind of wild…Whats the point of even having online descriptions of products if the delivered items are completely different.

GBAVOID AT ALL COSTS This company will take your money and will not deliver. If you reach out for a resolution, you will be inaccurately blamed or they will point to a "policy" (copying and pasting from their customer support agent) "We are under no obligation to refund or credit a customer for any delay, non-delivery, misdelivery or failure to perform." After my efforts to correct the situation, I am convinced this is a fraudulent business. You can't get through on the phone, the domains change at almost every interaction, and until recently they have only five-star reviews on Google that all came in at the exact same time and without context. I am genuinely scared that I attempted to transact with them and now they have my information.

ESDo not use them! I sent my Aunt flowers for her birthday. They were NOTHING like what I’d ordered and were half dead and broken. The company told me it was an acceptable level of service for them and refused to refund me. 150 dollars wasted and I am appalled at what they say is “customer service”. The staff have been incredibly rude.
