I only took one star off simply because there was something I wasn't clear about concerning the "Mapkins" that I bought. Not sure if it were a lack of my understanding or the product information wasn't explicit enough. That said, even though purchased around the very busy Christmas period I received a personal email response from the company explaining things perfectly. I can't remember exactly the order to delivery time but it was very timely. My friend loved the originality and quality of the gift and next time round I can order something for her to match. I'd certainly use them again.

The gift I ordered arrived on time The gift I ordered arrived on time. It was personalised and took exactly the number of days stated. The only problem I had was I couldn’t track arrival. I logged in and it said I had no orders so I was concerned and sent an email to ask about it but got no reply. The gift is good quality although a bit smaller than I expected. It didnt say but I perceived it to be bigger. I am still pleased with the product
