GBI cancelled my order 1 hr after placing… I cancelled my order 1 hr after placing it. Promised a refund and its going on 2 weeks and still dont have my refund. They withdrew my payment knowing the order was cancelled now taking forever to return it. Ive called multiple times and keep getting BS promises. Dont do business with them!

GBI have ordered many times from… I have ordered many times from GiftsForYouNow.com and have been very satisfied with their products especially the personalized items. I did have an issue once which was quickly resolved by the great staff. I most recently bought a garden flag and had it personalized and it is lovelier than I expected. They are a family owned business that cares about their customers and goes out of their way to satisfy. Prices are fair, shipping is fast and customer service is excellent. A great place to order personalized gifts or keepsakes.

GBItems were exactly as I ordered Items were exactly as I ordered. Came in the described time allotments for each item as well. The only confusing thing is that the have items for 1 day sales which offers either a sale price or a promo code for free shipping. If you order that item you might see the same item come out to be a lower price because of promo code. Just wish they would keep the total price the same at all advertisements.

GBThe company charged me twice at… The company charged me twice at different prices for same items. This was accomplished by the company's website appearing to be experiencing problems while reviewing my order; thereby prompting me to inadvertently re-order the same items, calculated at lower price. Once the order is placed your with the belief that I am saving money. The company then acknowledged, confirm and send confirmation number. No other confirmation to alert potential buyer of duplicated unconfirmed order necessitated by their make- believe GLITCH. I was charged twice for same items :- (1) Invoice No 2578502 for $52.37 Placed by me and the company Confirmed the order by e-mail. (2) System Glitched Placed Invoice No 2578490 for $63.85 that was never acknowledged or confirmed as the former. The latter invoice only showed up on my PayPal two or three days later. I sent an e-mail to the fact that I placed one order and have their confirmation e-mail, only to be told the items are being shipped and cannot be returned because they are personal items. A policy that is not known until an issue arise. Because of different prices charged by this company, they were able to convince PayPal that they were two distinct and different orders. This experience was an eye-opener, especially when dealing with unknown on-line company. BUYER BE WARNED. Isiaka Akanji
