USI bought a Bamboo Cutting board from… I bought a Bamboo Cutting board from Gifts for you now. I bought 5 cutting boards in 2019. Good quality, detailed dark words. There were no other size back then but large. I paid $23.83 for each board. So this year I decided to buy another one. Never would have thought this board would be that small and you can't hardly see the words engraved. This board was really small. Nothing like the 5 I bought in 2019. I called the company she said that the measurements are at the bottom. I said, I bought 5 in 2019 and they were big. There was no size Large or small black then. I never had to choose. I paid the same price for this small board. She said {Danielle} the bigger board is and back then was $49.95. I said NO! If it was I would not have bought them. Danielle said well maybe we were having a sell. I said all 5 times. I did not buy them all together. I asked her to look at my order back then. She saw were I bought something by my email address, but could not see what. I looked at the order page and I saw the measurements. It was no choice to order a large or small back then.This small board was a big disappointment. What they did was charged the same price for this small one, thinking nobody would know the difference. I know the difference because I ordered 5 boards back in 2019. I would have love to see where it said $49.95 for a big board. It was not on the site, just the measurements. I will never buy a bamboo cutting board from them again. They do have smaller and thin boards on the site, but not the ones I ordered.

USI ordered 2 garden stones and both were… I ordered 2 garden stones and both were poor quality. The names that were supposed to be on it were faded and had the etching but no ink. The box also came damaged. I attempted to fix with a sharpie marker and emailed the company with pictures but they basically said "oh well, sorry to hear that". I would find a different company for future orders.

USThey promote fraud by telling you the… They promote fraud by telling you the give you 20% off with there code then when you question them they say Oh that’s off the original price. No where does that Say that so stay away from this company they will rip you of!!!

USCustomer satisfaction is not a priority here Ordered personalized Christmas ornament. Was supposes to have my granddaughters name followed by the word forever. Picture on the front. They only put Part of her name and part of forever and elongated it to the extent it was unreadable. Told them three times and three times all they could say was how disheartened they were and that it was delivered. The fact that for over $23. dollars it was unsatisfactory meant nothing. This is a take the money and run company. Customer satisfaction is not in their policy.

USThe company charged me twice at… The company charged me twice at different prices for same items. This was accomplished by the company's website appearing to be experiencing problems while reviewing my order; thereby prompting me to inadvertently re-order the same items, calculated at lower price. Once the order is placed your with the belief that I am saving money. The company then acknowledged, confirm and send confirmation number. No other confirmation to alert potential buyer of duplicated unconfirmed order necessitated by their make- believe GLITCH. I was charged twice for same items :- (1) Invoice No 2578502 for $52.37 Placed by me and the company Confirmed the order by e-mail. (2) System Glitched Placed Invoice No 2578490 for $63.85 that was never acknowledged or confirmed as the former. The latter invoice only showed up on my PayPal two or three days later. I sent an e-mail to the fact that I placed one order and have their confirmation e-mail, only to be told the items are being shipped and cannot be returned because they are personal items. A policy that is not known until an issue arise. Because of different prices charged by this company, they were able to convince PayPal that they were two distinct and different orders. This experience was an eye-opener, especially when dealing with unknown on-line company. BUYER BE WARNED. Isiaka Akanji
