Not a customer-centric organization I ordered photo frame for sand ceremony. It was shipped with UPS. So I paid $42 extra payment that I wasn't notified by Yacanna. But! Frame came with damage. And it was packed with damage! So Yacanna send another one but I have to paid again $42 extra taxes for shipping. If I knew about this extra payments for the $50 frame I will never made an order here. So becouse of additinal extra payments for the second frame I didn't recieve it in time. With cost for delivering I paid about $170 for $50 frame but didn't recieve proper product. I would never reccommend this company.
