Disappointing Product Nice order processing, good expensive packaging, timely delivery. Unfortunately the product was disappointing. Very stiff and had to chew. Initially I thought was from being in a cold truck for delivery. I waited a day to try it again, same result. Hard to chew. Contacted the company about returning unused portion. Standard answer was that since is food related they good not accept a return. Very disappoint that even though the product is sub-par and in my opinion not as advertised, they won’t take it back.

Saw on tv thought nice Christmas Gift so ordered on 12/5 and still same as everyone else No shipping information. Have emailed message their Facebook with No response guess not coming by Christmas even though says shops in 5 days! Hopefully it will come someday. 🙏

I have ordered from this company several times over the years and had nothing but great experiences. they have a good rating/reviews on FB, maybe it's just a trustpilot thing? is this where just the negative folks post? licorice.com is great, all their sister products pretzels.com caramels.com etc, are great as well

Never received my order I ordered Sampler Pack on 11/6/23. The site showed a delivery estimate of 3-5 days. Two weeks later I had not received anything and started emailing them. First they said their shipping system had changed and they were having problems. I continued asking about my order and they continued saying they were sorry. After a month I received an email saying my order would ship that week. Several days later I complained again and they told me that the order had been lost in transit. They said they weren't selling anymore Sampler Packs. I requested that my money be refunded or an equivalent amount of licorice be sent. I haven't heard back.

Don't waste your money Edit as with many reviewers, after leaving negative reviews on several sites Licorice.com canceled my order and blew me off. This is the very definition of a scam company. All positive reviews on their own site, and overwhelmingly negative on every other one. Use with caution
