Don't waste your money Edit as with many reviewers, after leaving negative reviews on several sites Licorice.com canceled my order and blew me off. This is the very definition of a scam company. All positive reviews on their own site, and overwhelmingly negative on every other one. Use with caution

Bad Customer Service & Shipping I ordered licorice on December 19th and still never received my order. When I contacted the company they basically said, "wait until the first week of January you will receive a tracking number" yeah no thanks!! Please issue my refund was IGNORED 🙁

Well wish I had seen the reviews before… Well wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered. Saw on tv thought nice Christmas Gift so ordered on 12/5 and still same as everyone else No shipping information. Have emailed message their Facebook with No response guess not coming by Christmas even though says shops in 5 days! Hopefully it will come someday. 🙏

We couldn't find it anywhere and discovered the company was no longer in business. Today I sent him the black licorice sampler. You have made a 77-year-old man very happy today! You Have Been Warned… As many others have stated, this company takes money right away; creates a shipping label; and promises speedy delivery, which didn’t occur. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. After waiting a couple of weeks and repeated attempts to get a shipping update, I requested a cancellation. Never got a response from the company. I had to dispute with PayPal and then escalate it. PayPal found in my favor and canceled this order finally. Ridiculous in this day that a company would be this shady and unreliable. Horrible!
