GBNo delivery after 4 weeks I ordered $125 worth of licorice back in October relying on the 4-5 day promised delivery. Credit card charged right away. I followed up after 2 weeks and was told they were behind in shipping but it will soon be shipped. Followed up after 4 weeks and was told that the company had software system issues and they didn't know when my candy would be shipped but it would be shipped as soon as possible. I cancelled my order. Will never order from them or their sister companies again.

GBTerrible company DON'T ORDER Wow. I wish I came here before ordering. I placed and order and received a confirmation. when I ordered it said get if by 12/20/23; I logged in because I did not get a tracking number yet to find they changed my shipping to "wait a while and save" its coming after christmas. I have now discovered they auto reply to emails and have not actual customer service to call. This was for my 97 year old father and he sees their stupid commercial everyday and all he asked for was this. Seems like a small company in over their heads. Sooo dissapointed

GBI don't understand all the negative… I don't understand all the negative reviews? I have ordered from this company several times over the years and had nothing but great experiences. they have a good rating/reviews on FB, maybe it's just a trustpilot thing? is this where just the negative folks post? licorice.com is great, all their sister products pretzels.com caramels.com etc, are great as well

GBMy brother is always talking about the… My brother is always talking about the black licorice he got when he was a child. We couldn't find it anywhere and discovered the company was no longer in business. Today I sent him the black licorice sampler. You have made a 77-year-old man very happy today! Thank you so much and I think it's the best birthday present I ever got him!

GBOrder came with crushed containers and… Order came with crushed containers and one completely imploded with licorice spread all through shipping box. Reached out to Licorice.com customer service and got no response.
