I don't understand all the negative… I don't understand all the negative reviews? I have ordered from this company several times over the years and had nothing but great experiences. they have a good rating/reviews on FB, maybe it's just a trustpilot thing? is this where just the negative folks post? licorice.com is great, all their sister products pretzels.com caramels.com etc, are great as well

You Have Been Warned… As many others have stated, this company takes money right away; creates a shipping label; and promises speedy delivery, which didn’t occur. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. After waiting a couple of weeks and repeated attempts to get a shipping update, I requested a cancellation. Never got a response from the company. I had to dispute with PayPal and then escalate it. PayPal found in my favor and canceled this order finally. Ridiculous in this day that a company would be this shady and unreliable. Horrible!

Did not arrive As amatter of fact had not even been shipped as of Christmas Day. They canceled my order when I told them Their view of Guarantee and mine were different. Order came with crushed containers and… Order came with crushed containers and one completely imploded with licorice spread all through shipping box. Reached out to Licorice.com customer service and got no response.
