GBI don't understand all the negative… I don't understand all the negative reviews? I have ordered from this company several times over the years and had nothing but great experiences. they have a good rating/reviews on FB, maybe it's just a trustpilot thing? is this where just the negative folks post? licorice.com is great, all their sister products pretzels.com caramels.com etc, are great as well

GBDisappointing Product Nice order processing, good expensive packaging, timely delivery. Unfortunately the product was disappointing. Very stiff and had to chew. Initially I thought was from being in a cold truck for delivery. I waited a day to try it again, same result. Hard to chew. Contacted the company about returning unused portion. Standard answer was that since is food related they good not accept a return. Very disappoint that even though the product is sub-par and in my opinion not as advertised, they won’t take it back.

GBLike almost every other review do not… Like almost every other review do not order from this “company”. Placed order on Dec 2,2023 with guaranteed Christmas delivery. Not only did it not ship in the 5-7 days it said they kept saying it would. Received it Dec 28 well past Christmas. Emailed repeatedly with no response. Would never order from here again and will continue to tell others the same.

GBHorrible holiday experience! As others did, I ordered both licorice and pretzels on December 11 for "guaranteed Christmas delivery". I sent an email December 22 and got a response saying that they had "a full day of shipping" ahead of them and my order would still arrive. Of course it didn't. I filed a dispute through PayPal on December 26 and sent an email asking to cancel my order, since I no longer needed the product after Christmas. They then sent the pretzel order December 27 and stopped responding to me. Licorice still has not shipped.

GBBad Customer Service & Shipping I ordered licorice on December 19th and still never received my order. When I contacted the company they basically said, "wait until the first week of January you will receive a tracking number" yeah no thanks!! Please issue my refund was IGNORED 🙁
