Arrived on time and absolutely loved by spouse I placed an order for 2 types of licorice on Nov. 30, 2023. I did get an order number but the product is supposedly waiting to be shipped. None of my emails have been answered except by an automated response. If I hear nothing by Tuesday, 12/12/23 I'll proceed to contact my credit card and instigate a fraud action. Of course my credit card has already been charge. Update 12/14. My package arrive. Licorice.com responded to my concerns and made it right. I understand when mess-ups happen but they fixed it. Update 12/25. Licorice given as a gift to a very important person (my spouse) and she loved both kinds (Finish #1and Australian #2)

I should have read the reviews before… I should have read the reviews before now. I have ordered from licorice.com 3 times. The product is tasty. I have also tried their chocolate and am waiting on a taffy order. My most recent licorice order was wrong. I expected them to send a replacement order for what was missing but they just credited me. Now if I still want the product they didn't send, I will have to pay shipping again. Looking at the reviews, they are AWFUL!!! LOST THIS LOYAL CUSTOMER!!! Order #555530 BEWARE

Like almost every other review do not… Like almost every other review do not order from this “company”. Placed order on Dec 2,2023 with guaranteed Christmas delivery. Not only did it not ship in the 5-7 days it said they kept saying it would. Received it Dec 28 well past Christmas. Emailed repeatedly with no response. Would never order from here again and will continue to tell others the same.

You Have Been Warned… As many others have stated, this company takes money right away; creates a shipping label; and promises speedy delivery, which didn’t occur. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. After waiting a couple of weeks and repeated attempts to get a shipping update, I requested a cancellation. Never got a response from the company. I had to dispute with PayPal and then escalate it. PayPal found in my favor and canceled this order finally. Ridiculous in this day that a company would be this shady and unreliable. Horrible!

Disappointing Product Nice order processing, good expensive packaging, timely delivery. Unfortunately the product was disappointing. Very stiff and had to chew. Initially I thought was from being in a cold truck for delivery. I waited a day to try it again, same result. Hard to chew. Contacted the company about returning unused portion. Standard answer was that since is food related they good not accept a return. Very disappoint that even though the product is sub-par and in my opinion not as advertised, they won’t take it back.
