I have ordered from this company several times over the years and had nothing but great experiences. they have a good rating/reviews on FB, maybe it's just a trustpilot thing? is this where just the negative folks post? licorice.com is great, all their sister products pretzels.com caramels.com etc, are great as well

Did not arrive As amatter of fact had not even been shipped as of Christmas Day. They canceled my order when I told them Their view of Guarantee and mine were different. No delivery after 4 weeks I ordered $125 worth of licorice back in October relying on the 4-5 day promised delivery. Credit card charged right away. I followed up after 2 weeks and was told they were behind in shipping but it will soon be shipped. Followed up after 4 weeks and was told that the company had software system issues and they didn't know when my candy would be shipped but it would be shipped as soon as possible. I cancelled my order. Will never order from them or their sister companies again.

Saw on tv thought nice Christmas Gift so ordered on 12/5 and still same as everyone else No shipping information. Have emailed message their Facebook with No response guess not coming by Christmas even though says shops in 5 days! Hopefully it will come someday. 🙏
