Ordered in mid December with guaranteed… Ordered in mid December with guaranteed Christmas delivery. UPS says box was damaged and they destroyed it and notified the shipper. Now they say they will ship another order to me with delivery by January 9th. What does guaranteed Christmas delivery mean? They knew a week before Christmas that there was a problem with the shipping.

You Have Been Warned… As many others have stated, this company takes money right away; creates a shipping label; and promises speedy delivery, which didn’t occur. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. After waiting a couple of weeks and repeated attempts to get a shipping update, I requested a cancellation. Never got a response from the company. I had to dispute with PayPal and then escalate it. PayPal found in my favor and canceled this order finally. Ridiculous in this day that a company would be this shady and unreliable. Horrible!

I should have read the reviews before… I should have read the reviews before now. I have ordered from licorice.com 3 times. The product is tasty. I have also tried their chocolate and am waiting on a taffy order. My most recent licorice order was wrong. I expected them to send a replacement order for what was missing but they just credited me. Now if I still want the product they didn't send, I will have to pay shipping again. Looking at the reviews, they are AWFUL!!! LOST THIS LOYAL CUSTOMER!!! Order #555530 BEWARE

Negative 4 star order for Christmas dec… Negative 4 star order for Christmas dec 5. Guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Did not arrive As amatter of fact had not even been shipped as of Christmas Day. They canceled my order when I told them Their view of Guarantee and mine were different. Terrible company DON'T ORDER Wow. I wish I came here before ordering. I placed and order and received a confirmation. when I ordered it said get if by 12/20/23; I logged in because I did not get a tracking number yet to find they changed my shipping to "wait a while and save" its coming after christmas. I have now discovered they auto reply to emails and have not actual customer service to call. This was for my 97 year old father and he sees their stupid commercial everyday and all he asked for was this. Seems like a small company in over their heads. Sooo dissapointed
