Did not arrive As amatter of fact had not even been shipped as of Christmas Day. They canceled my order when I told them Their view of Guarantee and mine were different. Well wish I had seen the reviews before… Well wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered. Saw on tv thought nice Christmas Gift so ordered on 12/5 and still same as everyone else No shipping information. Have emailed message their Facebook with No response guess not coming by Christmas even though says shops in 5 days! Hopefully it will come someday. 🙏

Don't waste your money Edit as with many reviewers, after leaving negative reviews on several sites Licorice.com canceled my order and blew me off. This is the very definition of a scam company. All positive reviews on their own site, and overwhelmingly negative on every other one. Use with caution

Horrible holiday experience! As others did, I ordered both licorice and pretzels on December 11 for "guaranteed Christmas delivery". I sent an email December 22 and got a response saying that they had "a full day of shipping" ahead of them and my order would still arrive. Of course it didn't. I filed a dispute through PayPal on December 26 and sent an email asking to cancel my order, since I no longer needed the product after Christmas. They then sent the pretzel order December 27 and stopped responding to me. Licorice still has not shipped.

I should have read the reviews before… I should have read the reviews before now. I have ordered from licorice.com 3 times. The product is tasty. I have also tried their chocolate and am waiting on a taffy order. My most recent licorice order was wrong. I expected them to send a replacement order for what was missing but they just credited me. Now if I still want the product they didn't send, I will have to pay shipping again. Looking at the reviews, they are AWFUL!!! LOST THIS LOYAL CUSTOMER!!! Order #555530 BEWARE
