My brother is always talking about the… My brother is always talking about the black licorice he got when he was a child. We couldn't find it anywhere and discovered the company was no longer in business. Today I sent him the black licorice sampler. You have made a 77-year-old man very happy today! Thank you so much and I think it's the best birthday present I ever got him!

Order came with crushed containers and… Order came with crushed containers and one completely imploded with licorice spread all through shipping box. Reached out to Licorice.com customer service and got no response.

Well wish I had seen the reviews before… Well wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered. Saw on tv thought nice Christmas Gift so ordered on 12/5 and still same as everyone else No shipping information. Have emailed message their Facebook with No response guess not coming by Christmas even though says shops in 5 days! Hopefully it will come someday. 🙏

Order only if you have a lot of…patience and don’t need your order anytime soon. Order only if you have a lot of patience and don’t care when your order arrives (or IF it arrives). According to their tracking system, our order was “pre-transit” back on 12/4, and it’s still in the same status here on 12/18. We are trying to cancel our order and, regardless of whether we’re successful or not, this will be the last time we try using them.

Horrible holiday experience! As others did, I ordered both licorice and pretzels on December 11 for "guaranteed Christmas delivery". I sent an email December 22 and got a response saying that they had "a full day of shipping" ahead of them and my order would still arrive. Of course it didn't. I filed a dispute through PayPal on December 26 and sent an email asking to cancel my order, since I no longer needed the product after Christmas. They then sent the pretzel order December 27 and stopped responding to me. Licorice still has not shipped.
