No delivery after 4 weeks I ordered $125 worth of licorice back in October relying on the 4-5 day promised delivery. Credit card charged right away. I followed up after 2 weeks and was told they were behind in shipping but it will soon be shipped. Followed up after 4 weeks and was told that the company had software system issues and they didn't know when my candy would be shipped but it would be shipped as soon as possible. I cancelled my order. Will never order from them or their sister companies again.

Now they say they will ship another order to me with delivery by January 9th. What does guaranteed Christmas delivery mean? They knew a week before Christmas that there was a problem with the shipping.
