My brother is always talking about the… My brother is always talking about the black licorice he got when he was a child. We couldn't find it anywhere and discovered the company was no longer in business. Today I sent him the black licorice sampler. You have made a 77-year-old man very happy today! Bad Customer Service & Shipping I ordered licorice on December 19th and still never received my order. When I contacted the company they basically said, "wait until the first week of January you will receive a tracking number" yeah no thanks!! Please issue my refund was IGNORED 🙁

Arrived on time and absolutely loved by spouse I placed an order for 2 types of licorice on Nov. 30, 2023. I did get an order number but the product is supposedly waiting to be shipped. None of my emails have been answered except by an automated response. If I hear nothing by Tuesday, 12/12/23 I'll proceed to contact my credit card and instigate a fraud action. Of course my credit card has already been charge. Update 12/14. My package arrive. Licorice.com responded to my concerns and made it right. I understand when mess-ups happen but they fixed it. Update 12/25. Licorice given as a gift to a very important person (my spouse) and she loved both kinds (Finish #1and Australian #2)

Horrible holiday experience! As others did, I ordered both licorice and pretzels on December 11 for "guaranteed Christmas delivery". I sent an email December 22 and got a response saying that they had "a full day of shipping" ahead of them and my order would still arrive. Of course it didn't. I filed a dispute through PayPal on December 26 and sent an email asking to cancel my order, since I no longer needed the product after Christmas. They then sent the pretzel order December 27 and stopped responding to me. Licorice still has not shipped.
