Disappointing Product Nice order processing, good expensive packaging, timely delivery. Unfortunately the product was disappointing. Very stiff and had to chew. Initially I thought was from being in a cold truck for delivery. I waited a day to try it again, same result. Hard to chew. Contacted the company about returning unused portion. Standard answer was that since is food related they good not accept a return. Very disappoint that even though the product is sub-par and in my opinion not as advertised, they won’t take it back.

Saw on tv thought nice Christmas Gift so ordered on 12/5 and still same as everyone else No shipping information. Have emailed message their Facebook with No response guess not coming by Christmas even though says shops in 5 days! Hopefully it will come someday. 🙏

We couldn't find it anywhere and discovered the company was no longer in business. Today I sent him the black licorice sampler. You have made a 77-year-old man very happy today! No delivery after 4 weeks I ordered $125 worth of licorice back in October relying on the 4-5 day promised delivery. Credit card charged right away. I followed up after 2 weeks and was told they were behind in shipping but it will soon be shipped. Followed up after 4 weeks and was told that the company had software system issues and they didn't know when my candy would be shipped but it would be shipped as soon as possible. I cancelled my order. Will never order from them or their sister companies again.
