GBArrived on time and absolutely loved by spouse I placed an order for 2 types of licorice on Nov. 30, 2023. I did get an order number but the product is supposedly waiting to be shipped. None of my emails have been answered except by an automated response. If I hear nothing by Tuesday, 12/12/23 I'll proceed to contact my credit card and instigate a fraud action. Of course my credit card has already been charge. Update 12/14. My package arrive. Licorice.com responded to my concerns and made it right. I understand when mess-ups happen but they fixed it. Update 12/25. Licorice given as a gift to a very important person (my spouse) and she loved both kinds (Finish #1and Australian #2)

GBDon't waste your money Edit as with many reviewers, after leaving negative reviews on several sites Licorice.com canceled my order and blew me off. This is the very definition of a scam company. All positive reviews on their own site, and overwhelmingly negative on every other one. Use with caution

GBOrdered in mid December with guaranteed… Ordered in mid December with guaranteed Christmas delivery. UPS says box was damaged and they destroyed it and notified the shipper. Now they say they will ship another order to me with delivery by January 9th. What does guaranteed Christmas delivery mean? They knew a week before Christmas that there was a problem with the shipping.

Did not arrive As amatter of fact had not even been shipped as of Christmas Day. They canceled my order when I told them Their view of Guarantee and mine were different. DO NOT SHOP WITH licorice.com

GBNo delivery after 4 weeks I ordered $125 worth of licorice back in October relying on the 4-5 day promised delivery. Credit card charged right away. I followed up after 2 weeks and was told they were behind in shipping but it will soon be shipped. Followed up after 4 weeks and was told that the company had software system issues and they didn't know when my candy would be shipped but it would be shipped as soon as possible. I cancelled my order. Will never order from them or their sister companies again.
