Saw on tv thought nice Christmas Gift so ordered on 12/5 and still same as everyone else No shipping information. Have emailed message their Facebook with No response guess not coming by Christmas even though says shops in 5 days! Hopefully it will come someday. 🙏

According to their tracking system, our order was “pre-transit” back on 12/4, and it’s still in the same status here on 12/18. We are trying to cancel our order and, regardless of whether we’re successful or not, this will be the last time we try using them.

I have ordered from this company several times over the years and had nothing but great experiences. they have a good rating/reviews on FB, maybe it's just a trustpilot thing? is this where just the negative folks post? licorice.com is great, all their sister products pretzels.com caramels.com etc, are great as well
