Never received my order I ordered Sampler Pack on 11/6/23. The site showed a delivery estimate of 3-5 days. Two weeks later I had not received anything and started emailing them. First they said their shipping system had changed and they were having problems. I continued asking about my order and they continued saying they were sorry. After a month I received an email saying my order would ship that week. Several days later I complained again and they told me that the order had been lost in transit. They said they weren't selling anymore Sampler Packs. I requested that my money be refunded or an equivalent amount of licorice be sent. I haven't heard back.

My brother is always talking about the… My brother is always talking about the black licorice he got when he was a child. We couldn't find it anywhere and discovered the company was no longer in business. Today I sent him the black licorice sampler. You have made a 77-year-old man very happy today! Order only if you have a lot of…patience and don’t need your order anytime soon. Order only if you have a lot of patience and don’t care when your order arrives (or IF it arrives). According to their tracking system, our order was “pre-transit” back on 12/4, and it’s still in the same status here on 12/18. We are trying to cancel our order and, regardless of whether we’re successful or not, this will be the last time we try using them.

I have ordered from this company several times over the years and had nothing but great experiences. they have a good rating/reviews on FB, maybe it's just a trustpilot thing? is this where just the negative folks post? licorice.com is great, all their sister products pretzels.com caramels.com etc, are great as well
