We couldn't find it anywhere and discovered the company was no longer in business. Today I sent him the black licorice sampler. You have made a 77-year-old man very happy today! Terrible company DON'T ORDER Wow. I wish I came here before ordering. I placed and order and received a confirmation. when I ordered it said get if by 12/20/23; I logged in because I did not get a tracking number yet to find they changed my shipping to "wait a while and save" its coming after christmas. I have now discovered they auto reply to emails and have not actual customer service to call. This was for my 97 year old father and he sees their stupid commercial everyday and all he asked for was this. Seems like a small company in over their heads. Sooo dissapointed

I have ordered from this company several times over the years and had nothing but great experiences. they have a good rating/reviews on FB, maybe it's just a trustpilot thing? is this where just the negative folks post? licorice.com is great, all their sister products pretzels.com caramels.com etc, are great as well

Horrible holiday experience! As others did, I ordered both licorice and pretzels on December 11 for "guaranteed Christmas delivery". I sent an email December 22 and got a response saying that they had "a full day of shipping" ahead of them and my order would still arrive. Of course it didn't. I filed a dispute through PayPal on December 26 and sent an email asking to cancel my order, since I no longer needed the product after Christmas. They then sent the pretzel order December 27 and stopped responding to me. Licorice still has not shipped.

Ordered in mid December with guaranteed… Ordered in mid December with guaranteed Christmas delivery. UPS says box was damaged and they destroyed it and notified the shipper. Now they say they will ship another order to me with delivery by January 9th. What does guaranteed Christmas delivery mean? They knew a week before Christmas that there was a problem with the shipping.
