Never received my order I ordered Sampler Pack on 11/6/23. The site showed a delivery estimate of 3-5 days. Two weeks later I had not received anything and started emailing them. First they said their shipping system had changed and they were having problems. I continued asking about my order and they continued saying they were sorry. After a month I received an email saying my order would ship that week. Several days later I complained again and they told me that the order had been lost in transit. They said they weren't selling anymore Sampler Packs. I requested that my money be refunded or an equivalent amount of licorice be sent. I haven't heard back.

Disappointing Product Nice order processing, good expensive packaging, timely delivery. Unfortunately the product was disappointing. Very stiff and had to chew. Initially I thought was from being in a cold truck for delivery. I waited a day to try it again, same result. Hard to chew. Contacted the company about returning unused portion. Standard answer was that since is food related they good not accept a return. Very disappoint that even though the product is sub-par and in my opinion not as advertised, they won’t take it back.

I should have read the reviews before… I should have read the reviews before now. I have ordered from licorice.com 3 times. The product is tasty. I have also tried their chocolate and am waiting on a taffy order. My most recent licorice order was wrong. I expected them to send a replacement order for what was missing but they just credited me. Now if I still want the product they didn't send, I will have to pay shipping again. Looking at the reviews, they are AWFUL!!! LOST THIS LOYAL CUSTOMER!!! Order #555530 BEWARE

Don't waste your money Edit as with many reviewers, after leaving negative reviews on several sites Licorice.com canceled my order and blew me off. This is the very definition of a scam company. All positive reviews on their own site, and overwhelmingly negative on every other one. Use with caution

Terrible company DON'T ORDER Wow. I wish I came here before ordering. I placed and order and received a confirmation. when I ordered it said get if by 12/20/23; I logged in because I did not get a tracking number yet to find they changed my shipping to "wait a while and save" its coming after christmas. I have now discovered they auto reply to emails and have not actual customer service to call. This was for my 97 year old father and he sees their stupid commercial everyday and all he asked for was this. Seems like a small company in over their heads. Sooo dissapointed
