My experience at Giftwithlove.com I had placed order at Giftwithlove.com for red roses bunch, ferrerorocher chocolates and teddy for delivery on the occasion of valentines day. Though they had mentioned on their website that they do not have early morning delivery, I had still requested for early morning delivery of these gifts to my girlfriend. I was bit disappointed when gifts where not delivered till 10 a.m. Finally they delivered the gifts around 11:30 AM. Even though they could not keep up the early morning request, but I was very pleased that this valentines day was still one of the best days I had in my life….. Giftwithlove.com made my Valentines day very special for me and my lovely girl…

Great combos and good service I have become a great fan of giftwithlove.net website. Simply love their Gift combos choice… very huge collection of combos.. creates confusion as each combo looks exciting. Delivery was on time and cake and roses delivered both were fresh.

Pathetic Service I have ordered gift for my husband's b'day from this site and i think that was my biggest mistake. Gift needs to be delivered on 21st March 12:00 AM but delivered at 5:00 PM and that too in a pathetic condition. These people don't understand the meaning of midnight delivery. And very smartly they are charging more bucks for the bullshit they have delivered to me. As far as service is concerned, these people are big fat 0. The gift was packed in such a dirty polybags that i dont even dare to touch. And the poor old man who came to deliver the gift was barely able to walk. I felt petty on him. These guys cant appoint the decent looking person to deliver the orders.I want to thank them for ruining the surprise with this garbage. The actual product is not at all matching with that shown in the website. I think pathetic is the least came to my mind on seeing this piece of garbage. Last but not least, Hand written message was simply WOW........... Like written by first class student.

Very Nice Service and Good Experience I live in Bangalore and sent gift in Mumbai. I wanted to order a sugar-free cake for my mother-in-law for her birthday as she is diabetic. This was the only site which provided me with the option of half Kg sugar-free cake. I ordered a combo of flowers and cake a day before. Its total cost was 910 Rs. While doing the transaction my money got deducted from bank and after that the session expired because of which I didnt receive the Order number. I called the customer care and they were quite helpful. They assured me that my transaction was completed and the gift will be delivered. And so did the gift arrive the next day, on time [ I chose Normal delivery time is. 9AM-7PM] and it reached home at 2PM. It was a lovely surprise for her. And she relished the cake as it was sugar-free :)

Never again There are better delivery sites like ferns and petals. Gift with love.net is run by an in competent team with no concept of customer service. A gift I ordered 10/days ahead for my dads birthday, Hasnt reached yet. I have followed up at least 6 times today.
