These people are crooks! My daughter ordered two dresses from this company. She checked the return policy prior to ordering. One dress fit perfectly and the other was much too small and the quality was poor compared to the picture. She emailed the company within the 30 day return period to get information on how to return the one dress. They dragged their feet for a week and now say the 30 day period has passed, so they can't refund our money. Yes, it has passed now, but not when my daughter first contacted them! Do not order anything from this company. If you are lucky enough to get a good dress, you may have no issue with them. However, if you are not happy with the quality or the fit, don't expect to be able to return anything. Clearly, everyone who complained about this company had the same problem. It is not worth the risk. Order from someone else!

Beautiful Dress I love my dress. I gave my sizes and my dress fits perfectly. I was really worried when I seen all of the bad reviews. My dress is absolutely beautiful and fits perfectly. I could not have bought a dress like this especially custom made. Thank you I will post pictures on your website after my wedding.

I wish there was an option for ZERO stars! In short, two months later - no dresses, no refunds. My event came & went, so naturally I request to cancel the order & get a refund. Every day I call, send messages & try the on-line chat all for nothing. As of now, WellsFargo has refunded my money & their claims department is handling it for me! Dont order from this site! I Dont order from this site! I ordered 2 dresses from this site and waited almost 3 months for them and when they came , the color was wrong, quality was really bad. I had really bad experience with this company and i will never ever order from them so if you are smart u will hear what i say so u can use the money because u wont never get what u pay for, its just the wast of money and full of stress, they lie iin chat and wont return your money.

Horrible Worse experience I've ever had with ordering online! It took 4 months for my dress to be delivered and when it did, it was a cheaply made knock off of the dress. Looked almost nothing like it. Cheap fabric, different color. Looked like a completely different dress. Tried to get a refund but they would not cooperate at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
