BEWARE...This company is very corrupt BEWARE...This company is very corrupt. They promise to do what is best for your business just to get you to sign on and then they make their move. They use deceptive practices , tell you what you want to hear, get you to sign their contract and act like you mean nothing to them. Record any converstions as they will deny deny deny. The judge in Virginia we spoke with explained he had over one hundred lawsuits against Kapitus last year (2023)and over 40 on his desk for this 2024. It seems local firms in Virginia are working on a case to shut this corrupt company down so they can no longer conduct business there with hopes other states where they practice will follow suit. Don't make the same mistake we did. If we can save even a few small business by warning you to avoid Kapitus this post will be worth it. Please fact check the five star reviews as they are false. Beware of unethical practices. Know your APR! I found your practice of loan rate presentation to be unethical. I was told that I was being approved for a loan at 15% APR. When I received the agreement, it showed a daily compounded rate, which equated to a 26.9% APR. Because you require weekly payments, the effective interest rate will be 15%, but that should be explained up front. The interest rate that I'm laying on this loan is unacceptably high and I would never have accepted it, if I had foreknowledge of your tactics. I needed funds in a crunch and had already wasted time apply with Kapitus under false pretenses. Unfortunately, after i discovered your tactics, I didn't have sufficient time to apply with a different company. I will not be using Kapitus again.
