GBvery bad service very bad service. They show cheap resource first, bill you, then say that resource doesnt want to work. Give you a new resource at higher rate, then when they bill that extra amount they will say that resource is also now taken, and they keep repeating this game to get more and more money.

ATWrong first impression After an initial discussion, it seemed that my company and Virtual Employee could easily cooperate and that their solution matched our requirements. However, I've never heard back from them once I've sent them a survey for the GDPR assessment. I found a more solid partner after that.

GBHelpful, professional and easy to work wirh. I have found Virtual Employee to be a very successful experience. The invoices arrive on time. The workers have access to fast internet connectivity, even though Covid required working from their homes. They have a US Bank account, so I don't have to pay high Foreign wire transfer fees or exchange rate fees. (This saves me $55 per month over other companies).
