Had a bad experience working with… Had a bad experience working with Finance Factory/ Evrgreen Equity Partners. Despite locking in the interest rate, they kept increasing it. We were given false commitments for the closing day which was eventually pushed! Just a day before the closing, we were asking to pay 25% down instead of intial agreed 20% with an increased interest rate! Such a terrible experience all throughout.

Loan brokers are good guys Talking with these folks allowed me to reduce the number of loans that are offering rates that makes me crazy. They reduce my overloaded Brain on who is the best loan company and know the system and able to guide me thru the paper work online while waiting patiently to filled them. They collect a fee which I built into the loan amount and got my loan within minutes. It’s funny that the loan company called me to verify my identity the next day and the operator mentioned that I could have skipped these loan brokers and talk to the loan company directly saving the cost upfront. However, they did not realize the online portal when I perform the loan task myself, did not approve my loan when operating it myself
