I attended the Miami warehouse tour… I attended the Miami warehouse tour yesterday with about 30+ other store owners from around the country. It was great meeting key members of the Ecom Authority team, like Dawson, Dan, Vinny, Francisco, Carlos and others. They gave a tour of the warehouse, discussed the prep, pack and ship process as well as demistify some of the nuances of the Amazon FBA processes. Overall it was a great few hours spent.

New store owner.. candid feedback I'm a new store owner (just entered month 2) and while new to this experience can say their transparency and quick response times have been VERY impressive. I get weekly updates from the owners on every move the company is making which is super helpful (and they don't just cover the great stuff but challenges they've faced and how they are dealing with them which is real business and I appreciate the candor). Researched them for 3 months and dug deep and must say everything so far has been great. No biz model is perfect and all will have challenges but their prompt attention to address issues with swift action and communication is unique and rare in my experience as a business owner. Will give more details in review as we move further into this model but so far, all good!
