The first time I ordered from Hale… The first time I ordered from Hale Grove, it took a month for them to ship to me. The naval oranges were pretty good. The second time I ordered from Hale Grove, they came quicker, however, it had molded oranges in one of the trays. I took a picture of the molded fruit and sent it to them in an email, which has now been 2 weeks, and I’ve yet to hear back from them. I will be in search of another orchard to purchase from!!

Great Reputation and Stellar Customer Service I heard great things about Hale Groves before I got to the website. I was trying to buy Sumo Tangerines for someone very dear to me. The personalization was a little difficult, but the process was straightforward. They were kind enough to email me to let me know they could not fulfill the order as I ordered past the date. Mary Manser wrote me an email explaining why. I look forward to ordering them when they're available!
