GBI was unhappy with the fact that my… I was unhappy with the fact that my flight got cancelled. I had to look for another flight and it was more expensive, very inconvenient, and Stressful. This is suppose to be my birthday weekend... I had to make a little extra money to make up for the $250 extra I had to pay towards booking another flight.

GBThis company is a fraud This company is a fraud ! This is the worse experience of my life dealing with them. I cancel my flight for my vacation due to a death in my family . Contacted them was told the airline agreed to my refund and a check will be refuneed back to me as to why an unauthorized payment was taken from my account when this case was resolved. This is unacceptable Don't add on to someone's distress.
