Good customer service, but website a little hard to get around. Product I purchased hasn't been received at this time. I found the website a little hard to navigate. I didn't realize that I could only submit my pet's name after purchase and spent time looking for where to submit the name. Also, live chat doesn't allow much time, only minutes, to get a response. However, the rep who followed up with me was very nice and was helpful, so I appreciate that.

Top Notch Art My experience with Crown & Paw was made great by the beautiful work they did of my fur baby. Absolutely wonderful. They critiqued it so well. The people there are so nice. Giving you surprise discounts at times your no expecting it. I mean, " Who doesn't like a discount" Right? I truly can't say enough good things about these people. I think they are awesome.

3rd Canvas I've ordered. Love it! I recently ordered a 3rd canvas for my sister who's cat recently passed, the first one I ordered was of my beloved Pug Otis Ray who had passed. The portrait of him in a Civil War outfit was hilarious and softened the blow of losing him, by getting a good laugh everytime I looked at it. The second was for my buddy who got a new house and was building a bar in his basement. So naturally I got him a canvas of his Golden Retriever Enzo riding a Harley. I'll be back again.

The first pass had clear mistakes The first pass had clear mistakes, and the second pass didn't address the revision requests. The third pass remained identical to the second revision. The issues persisted until the fourth pass when I submitted my own Photoshop version to illustrate what needed to be addressed. The back-and-forth process caused a delay in approval, close to two weeks. The end product is something I'm happy with but it took some hand holding.
