Domestication smooth process I hired MyUSA to domesticate my corporation in Florida and dissolve it in Arizona. MyUSA handled all of it. The process was worry free, easy, professional, and all my questions were answered promptly. Today I actually received the final paperwork. Very pleased.

Even i paid for Agent but NO help "I encountered a transparency issue regarding the information provided. MyUSACorporation directed me to submit BOI reporting services through HarborCompliance.com and informed me via email that I needed to pay $200 to avoid daily fines. After making the payment to Harbor Compliance, I conducted further investigation and discovered that the information provided by MyUSACorporation was incorrect. They should have guided me transparently to resolve the issue, especially since it was unnecessary to pay $200 to Harbor Compliance. Additionally, Harbor Compliance was not mentioned in the agreement during the registration of my LLC."

Awful awful awful Awful awful awful. I have been waiting for my Resale certificate for a long time but haven’t got any response. Every time I contact them they are telling me the same thing. Very bad experience with them. Please avoid this company at any cost.
