When I asked for help, they responded promptly; the quality of the items was good (I presume from my past experience); and the delivery timing was normal. My friend was delighted by the comb honey and a set of nice samplers. She mentioned the lovely birthday card, too, which I had asked them to include. Thank you!

GBThe honey is the best I've had so far. The honey is the best I've had so far. The packing still needs some work. Containers of honey arrived broken . Adding padding between containers may solve the problem

GBI paid for express shipping which was… I paid for express shipping which was supposed to come up to two days of after ordering and it’s been one week and we still haven’t received a package.
