Finally got in touch with a rep who was unapologetic. We cancelled our order. Probably not going to use Azure again

GBUnfulfilled orders are killing me Most of my order (for the second time now) doesn’t get fulfilled despite it saying in stock when I order and pay for my order. I also didn’t appreciate the delivery times outside of normal business hours. I don’t think I’ll be doing business with this company much longer, despite the products being organic. What use is it if I can never get them.

GBI am absolutely obsessed with Azure… I am absolutely obsessed with Azure Standard now! I've been ordering for about 5 months and every order gets bigger because I am thrilled with the quality of products, the variety from canning jars & supplies to kitchen utensils to all our dairy & now trying the grass fed meats. I am so pleased!!! If I ever have an issue with a product, I've had no trouble contacting the team & getting it resolved. It's been a wonderful experience so far!!!
