Excellent customer service & delicious produce I have not tried their boxes; my orders have always been a la carte. I’ve ordered from them three times and while I did have a couple issues (missing or not very fresh produce), customer service has always been very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I will certainly be ordering from them again.

Great product, great service Produce was fresh and arrived promptly after shipping. One item was missing from my order but it was quickly refunded after delivery without needing to call customer service. Great product, great service, overall recommend. Thanks!

I really can’t complain my only issue… I really can’t complain my only issue is that my culantro a few of the leaves wilted. Lesson learned is that if you are having it shipped make sure that you are ready to use ASAP. I am going ro be buying again.

Ice pack did not last resulting in wilted herbs The communication was excellent and the shipping was faster than I expected it to be. I can also tell there is a lot of effort put into the packaging. The only issue is that the ice pack that was used did not stand up to the heat. That being said by the time I received my Culantro it was already wilting. Maybe it should be dry ice instead.
