Shipping Was Fast But I Was Shorted The shipping was fast. Packaging was excellent. The only red flag is that it says in website listing for the bananas that 1 unit is .5lbs & I purchased 40 units. I expected to receive 20lbs of bananas. I received 15lbs 3.1oz. The website needs to be more clear about what I will get when I order. When I purchase from another vendor I get nearly double the weight in bananas for the price I paid for these bananas. I would order from Vega Produce again when I am in a pinch & need bananas fast but I won't be a regular.

Overall good experience Overall good experience, shipping time is appropriate for my location. All produce was fresh except 1 malanga had a little rot at the tip but no big deal, just cut it off a little. I wish they could offer free shipping for a certain amount, so I can shop there more often.

Ice pack did not last resulting in wilted herbs The communication was excellent and the shipping was faster than I expected it to be. I can also tell there is a lot of effort put into the packaging. The only issue is that the ice pack that was used did not stand up to the heat. That being said by the time I received my Culantro it was already wilting. Maybe it should be dry ice instead.

I really can’t complain my only issue… I really can’t complain my only issue is that my culantro a few of the leaves wilted. Lesson learned is that if you are having it shipped make sure that you are ready to use ASAP. I am going ro be buying again.
