My order arrived very fast My order arrived very fast! They even sent me an email stating it would be arriving later than expected but it was not late to me. The fruit arrived with ice packs which kept them cold until I got home. The fruits are delicious! I would order from Vega Produce again. 10/10 experience, I hope the packaging is different with larger orders. I was concerned about fruit getting smashed because the top of the box is only secured by the padding from the package.

I really can’t complain my only issue… I really can’t complain my only issue is that my culantro a few of the leaves wilted. Lesson learned is that if you are having it shipped make sure that you are ready to use ASAP. I am going ro be buying again.

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called looking for my produce since it had been almost 5 days since I ordered. Left a voicemail for their customer service rep. NO CALL BACK RECEIVED. Food was delivered ONE WEEK after shipped. FOOD WAS ROTTEN, DISGUSTING, WET, SMELLY, AND FLIES FLEW OUT OF THE PACKAGE. Promptly threw out package and all contents immediately after opening. Filed a dispute with my credit card. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!
