GBGreat product, poor customer service This is really unfortunate for me to have to give this review because the product itself is really amazing. I have a membership for a specific order, and the last time I ordered it, it never came. When I reached out, about a week later, I heard a response that said they had forgotten my order and they would quickly send me my order plus extra. I thought that was amazing! Unfortunately, I still did not receive my order. I did get sent spirulina, but it was not what I ordered nor was it as much as I ordered. When I reached out for help, I emailed two different emails and waited two weeks with no response. I reached out a third time last week with no response yet. I’m really bummed about the customer service.
