In the initial months, they seemed efficient, but over time, there have been some issues. However, they have promptly contacted me for payment matters. I would appreciate faster responses when preparing packages for shipment. Additionally, the storage cost structure could be more flexible, as it remains fixed regardless of the volume sent from the warehouse. Despite these concerns, I believe they have the potential to enhance their service and build stronger relationships with customers.
